Drivers scan a QR at the pump, fuel up, the cost goes to the fleet account. Manager sees every transaction with vehicle, driver, litres, and time.

Loyalty + station app

Customer app with points, fuel tracking, station finder, occasional offers. Apple Wallet pass for those who hate apps.

Pay-at-pump for shop

Pump screen offers the customer a coffee, a bottle of water, a wash. They confirm, it is added to the fuel ticket, they pick it up at the till in 10 seconds.

Station ops dashboard

Real-time pump status, shift sales, shrinkage by category, supplier order suggestions. The station manager runs the day from one screen.

Dynamic pricing display

Update prices on the website, app, and totem pole at the same time. No wrench needed. Compliance-friendly with regional fuel regulators.

Fleet manager portal
